I was ready to travel to France, where I wanted to arrange a stay as an au pair girl.
a stay is a visit
It's common to say: "I hope you enjoy your stay". _________________ I'm never going to learn if you don't correct my mistakes! |

Dear myprofe,
I'm not quite sure whether arrange is the verb that I am looking for.
Would the following work?
I was standing at the railway station ready to travel to France, where I was going to stay as an au pair girl.
Thank you very much in advance for your assistance. |
