Are both correct in the parentheses in the following sentence?

There is little (that/what) you can do. |

In this sentence only "that" is correct.
If you want to use "what" you could say:
What you can do is very little.
what = "the thing that" - or - "that which" _________________ I'm never going to learn if you don't correct my mistakes! |
