Could you tell me which sentence is correct?
1. I would be grateful, for more information about your mother's physical and mental condition, and regarding to this, about the duties I would be expected to carry out.
2. ........., and in regards to this, about ..........

Of your examples #2. Is correct. However, you need not say regarding at all.
e.g.
I would be grateful for more information about your mother's physical and mental condition, and about the duties I would be expected to carry out. |
