Dear teachers,

what dose PK mean? I read a novel on which I found this short. I didn't get it.

and I asked a friend, he answered:"PK means perfect kisser" but I don't think that makes any sense though.

Do you remember the context in what you read? Lots of abbreviations can mean different things, depending on the context.

The ISO country code of Pakistan is PK.
A machine gun is called PK.
A dangerous sport is called parkour and it is abbreviaged with PK.

Here is the context

A: I will take part in a tennis contest, but I am afraid that I won't be able to win this contest, because John was awesome at tennis, and he is my opponent in the contest! I just can't beat him!

B: come on! John isn't as good as you at Tennis! he is just a piece of cake! go and PK him!!

Hmm Red Rose. I know in some on-line games, PK refers to player killing. That is, some games have pk in all areas, and some have pk in only certain areas, and some don't have pk at all. If your player can be killed by other players, that is pk. I don't know if this person is using the same idea to mean that the guy can defeat the other guy in tennis or not. That's my only idea. Wink

I never watch the super girl show Laughing Maybe because I don't belong to this era anymore.

I seldom watch TV, sometimes I pass by the TV and take a look at it...I don't see why those girls or stars dance and sing so crazily. Do they really feel so excited and high? why? why do they look so insane? on drug? I have no clue Shocked
