Is there a difference in meaning between "What is he like?" and "How does he look like?"

What is he like? He's kind, friendly etc.
What does he look like? He's tall, dark and handsome.
What does he like? He's likes women and fast cars.
How does he look? He looks ill. I'm going to call the doctor.
