Actually, it is more common to say There are no tables available or There are no available tables. (I prefer the second one, with the adjective preceding the noun.)
Your sentences are both acceptable in the appropriate context but again I prefer the second one.
The first sentences of both sets imply the unspoken words 'that (are)(is)' between the noun and the adjective. |
