No. Such as is used to introduce an appositive that tells about a preceding noun or noun phrase, as in:
'Tropical fruits such as oranges and limes are important sources of vitamin C.'
Please note that the defining appositive phrase such as oranges and limes modifies the noun phrase tropical fruits, and is not enclosed by commas. _________________ Mary W. Ng
