Yes, you can put adjectives togather to modify a noun. Ernest Hemingway used to do it a lot.
The long, winding, dusty road.
The fierce, black, ugly dog.
When you are dripping wet is correct English. |

What I see here is that, rather than having a list of adjectives, the two adjectives come together to form one adjective.
Another example of this would be "long lasting".
