what is "Lefty Coast Money" when talking about banks?

Money that originates from the West Coast.
The West Coast is often referred to as the Left Coast (because when you look at a map with North away from you, the west coast is on the left) or the Wet Coast (because the west coast of many countries faces the prevailing winds, and so gets more rainfall).
