Hi native teachers,
Many thanks for your kind instruction.
What bothers me today is how to use "arbitrary" in the following phrase:
A. to write information in an arbitrary one of the magnetoresistance effect elements
B. to write information in arbitrary one of the magnetoresistance effect elements
Please let me know which one is correct and tell me the reason.
Thanks in advance.

Dear Joseph, Both of your phrases don't sound good to me. We can write information in an arbitrary manner about the magneto-resistance effect elements, but we can't write information in (an) arbitrary one of the magneto-resistance effect elements. It just doesn't make sense. Sorry. |
