Seeing this title, you may understand what I am going to say.
Yes,I acknowledge that I am a math fool because I am really not so good at math as other students.
In my opinion, math in senior high school is much more difficult than that in junior high school.Especially the difficult math problems.
When I meet a math problem,I feel as if I am a math fool!I have tried and tried, yet I can't work them out. This condition really sinks me into deep sadness.I lost heart more than once and I even want to give up.Because I can't accept it!
For one reason,as you know,in China, math is one of the most important subjects. If someone had failed in math,he might fail in the university entrance exam. This is because math is really really important.
For another,I want to be a science student rather than an art student.(There are two kinds of students in the senior high school in China. One is art students, and the other is science students.)As we know,no matter a student belonging to art classes or science classes,he should learn math well. However,if he wants to be a science student,he should be good at math. The reason is easy, only then can he beat others!
Now,just turn back to see me.I am a student who wants to be a science student but not good at math. How terrible it is!
How I wish I chould be good at math.So I have spent more time on math everyday and I have tried to do more math exercise. But it doesn't work!I am now afraid of math, even hate it!
Also,I begin to wonder if I can do well in the universityentrance exam and if I have a birght toorrow..
God!God!God!
Being crying since the day I find that I am a math fool. What should I do? _________________ There is no such thing as darkness;only a failure to see. |

Talk to people, and do exercises.
In math, learning by heart doesn't function. Just look at a book and do all the exercises there. If you have done buy another book and do exercises.

I don't think it's possible that a student would get interested in Math if she already hates it.
Take me for example, when I was a high school student, I was bad at math, but my sister was VERY good at it. she's two years younger than me. everyday she tried to assure me of how wonderful math was and how interesting math-learning was... but it was never gonna work. I hated math as much as I loved Chinese literature, even now I still have a terrible fear against Math.
Therefore, winky, I think you should spend more time improving those subjects you like. I recall, I got a bad mark---76 out of the full 120 at the math exam of university entrance exams, but I still went to a good university, because I scored very well in other subjects such as Chinese literature, politics, english, chemistry, physics...
I don't think you should waste too much time on math. you just need to spend regular hours on it everyday. |

Well.I agree with the first paragraph. I don't think I will get interested in math if I still be weak in it.
However,in my opinion,no matter how my math is,I have to spend a lot of time on it.Maybe just for keeping the level now my math is.
If I don't do it,I am afraid that I might not be able to pass the math exam in the university entrance exam.
Just see how bad my math is.I can only get 100 or a little more than 100 out of the full 150---my poor math~~~
If I don't keep on studying math hard...Just imagine the mark I would get in the next math exam. How terrible! _________________ There is no such thing as darkness;only a failure to see. |

Talk to people.I am sorry,I have tried. But it doesn't work.
What was worse, there is a boy who is one of the top students on math learning. And we are good friends. So I often ask him my math problems, and he is always ready to help me with my math. However,my math is still poor! How foolish I am!And then, other students say that we have fallen in love!
God!!!!!
I hate their gossiping. So since then,I seldom ask the boy my math problems.
It really sinks me feel bored~ _________________ There is no such thing as darkness;only a failure to see. |

You haven't failed the entrance test yet. Just do what you are able to do. You can never say definitely whether you will pass or not, but if you do what you are able to do, at the end you can say: I have tried my best. _________________ If I say "I love you" to someone, then I also have to say "I also love everyone else inside you, I love the whole world because of you, I also love myself inside you." -- Erich Fromm, the Art of Love |

| Math is like a foreign language - the more you practise the better you get. |

Exactly, totally different.
If you don't understand the rules e.g. how to do a matrix you can't get better. _________________ If I say "I love you" to someone, then I also have to say "I also love everyone else inside you, I love the whole world because of you, I also love myself inside you." -- Erich Fromm, the Art of Love |
