Hi,
How do you express it?
Mary is a liar. I think Lisa is another she (Mary).
Mary is a liar. I think Lisa is another her (Mary).
Should I use she or her in this case, if I want to use pronoun?
Thank you for your help!

The most natural way to express that would be to say Mary is a liar and I think Lisa is another Mary?
I don't think any native speaker would use a pronoun at the end of that sentence. However, since you asked the question, I will ask you one. Do you think the pronoun that you want to put after "another" should be a subject pronoun or an object pronoun?
While you are thinking about that sentence, think about this one too. Mary is a liar and Lisa is just like_____. (she or her ?)
Native speakers often say the latter sentence. |
