If someone wants to lose weights,let me give you the suggest:
First, maintain yor life regularity. You'd better to go to bed before 10:00 p.m. and get up early in the morning. That will make you feel more comfortable during the day. Then keep up taking exercise twice a week with drinking a lot of water. Finally,the most important thing is...always being happy. |
