It displays information through an accessible, dynamic and quality approach


Is this the proper order??

Yes, although any order seems to me to be OK here-- they are all general descriptive adjectives. Adjective order becomes important when you are dealing with several of the more basic subclasses:

Opinion or judgment
Size
Age
Shape
Color
Nationality
Material
Purpose or Qualifier
