I shall certainly drop in and look at the frame-- though I don't go in much at present for religious art--but to-day I only want a picture carried.
What does 'go in' mean in the sentence?

To "go in for" means to be interested in, to do or to practice for example as a hobby.
My wife doesn't go in for camping. _________________ I'm never going to learn if you don't correct my mistakes! |
