1. Do you have any child?

3. Do you have any money?
4. Is there any hospital in your town?
5. Are there any hospitals in your town?
6. Is there any money on the table?
Negatives:
7. I don't have any child.
8. I don't have any children.
9. I don't have any money.
10. There isn't any hospital in our town.
11. There aren't any hospitals in our town.
12. There isn't any money on the table.
Which of the above sentences is NOT acceptable? _________________ Thank you very much for your reply.

I would say 'There isn't a hospital in our town'. Let's see what others say.
Many people only use "any" with plural or noncountable nouns. |
