I have been studying English for at least 10 years. But my
English is still poor, including my listening comprehension,vocabulary,writing and so on. MY GOD! I hope you may give my some advice of increaing English lever. Ths!

Sorry to hear that Jackie,
You may have a problem known as "fossilization". This means that your mistakes are going to be hard to correct.
I would suggest trying a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT learning method from how you originally learned.
Although your English doesn't seem that bad to me

However I don't like writing because I can't understand grammar.

Hey jackie! I recommed you to watch movies in English, without subtitles. It's really a good way to practice
