Hello,
If using the word "s.h.i.t" as a noun or as a verb is offensive to people, then what should be used instead?
Thank you.

Usually, there is no need to say anything, except in a medical/doctor-related conversation. Doctors say stool or bowel movement. |

Aren't there situations where something would or could be said?
Here are a few examples of what I'm thinking about just to be a little more specific about what I mean.
What about if someone walked in dog's s***, for example, then what could the person say?
--> Disgusting! My shoe is full of ????
--> Oh my God! I just walked in(into?) dog's ????
What if someone comes into a home where there is a strange smell, maybe even the smell of s*** because of baby diapers, for example, then what could be said?
--> It smells terrible! Smells like ????
Then, what if someone wanted to tell a child not to play somewhere where because it is full of dog's s***.
How could it be said?
--> Don't play there. It's full of dog's ????
What about if someone's car is dirty because of birds s***.
--> Darn birds, they ???? on my car again!
--> I just came out of the car wash and there's already bird's ???? all over.
If native speakers wouldn't use the word s***, how would they express themselves about the situations above? |

People say dog doo.
For babies, we say poop.
My niece runs away when we say poop-clean/diaper-change.
She doesn't understand why we don't just leave her alone.
For birds, we say droppings generally. |

Often, people make up words to use with children in their families as well. |
