1. For most women, they come much futher down the list of important qualities in men.
- "come much further down" means "notice very much", right?

2. Don't send a lot of money on your girlfriend, otherwise, she'll see you as a sugar Daddy.
- What does "sugar Daddy" mean here?

1...No, "come much further down the list" means are much less important.

2...A sugar daddy is a man who spends a lot of money on and/or gives a lot of money to a woman who is not his wife. Often that woman primarily serves as the man's mistress.
On the other hand, if you have a real girlfriend but you spend too much money on her, she may consider you to be mainly a source of money, a "sugar daddy", rather than a real boyfriend.
