Is "think about" grammatically correct here or should I use consider?

All in all, despite some flaws we can think about ourselves as intelligent.

The sentence isn't incorrect, only a bit clumsy.
You would be better off using consider:

All in all, despite some flaws we can consider ourselves intelligent.
