Please help;

There's an expression "there's a fine line between A and B".

Does this mean there's a subtle difference between A and B??

Would you please give me one sentence as an example.

Yes. It means only a slight difference between two things, one of which is something bad. You can goodle "there's a fine line between..." for more examples.
