Dear teachers,

The company applies a macro-economic approach to emerging markets, creating a liquid, actively managed product that seeks to find value-oriented securities."

How can I read the underlined part in the above sentence?
*Do "emerging markets" and "creating a liquid" work like as adjective to "actively managed product "?
or
*emerging markets where(or which?) is creating a liquid and is actively managed product that.....
or
Is there any other different meanings?

Please help me.
Thank you.
Sincerely.

Code:
The company applies a macro-economic approach to emerging markets, as it (the company) creates a liquid, actively managed product that seeks to find value-oriented securities."

Dear pinenut,

Thank you for your response.
May I ask you any more?

"as it (the company) creates a liquid, actively managed product that seeks to find value-oriented securities."

Is that mean "liquid" works as an adjective to "actively managed product"?
That is...
a liquid (actively managed)product ??

And, does "as"(of as it (the company) creates) mean when or because or anything else?

Please give me your advices.
Thank you.
Wit regards.

Yes, you're right. It seems to mean this:

it creates a liquid and actively managed product that seeks to find value-oriented securities
