I saw a expression "the impression being that you are rude"
Is it possible to omit "being" ?
What is the difference between "the impression that you are rude" and "the impression being that you are rude" ? |

I think it's just a part of the main sentence.Just like this sentence:"There being no buses, we had to walk home" ." There being no buses" is used as an adverbial. |
