To induce the answer, " Just call me Jack," what is the proper question?
"How can I call you?" or "What can I call you?"
If both are grammatically correct, how are these two questions different?

I think"What can I call you"is correct. just look at this sentence: We call him Uncle wang. "Uncle wang " is used as Objest complement. " |

What about in the following case? Is "what" still correct?
A: What [How] can I call you, Jack or Dr. Scollon?
B: Call me just Jack. |
