I know that "I couldn't agree more" means "I agree very much." But, Can I say "I could agree more." in some way? |

Not really. ''I couldn't agree more'' means that the person is totally in agreement with the speaker and that he couldn't agree more because of the exact opinion he has as the speaker. ''I could agree more'' doesn't really tell you anything about how much the person agrees.
