Shouldn't it be like
Written in easy English, the book can be read by a child.
Written in easy English, even a child can read the book.
Sounds ok but is it grammatically correct?
or do you actually say that?
Thank you for your help.
If you are not there, I can't learn how to swim in this sea of English.

Yes, the first sentence is much better because the adjective phrase, "Written in easy English", is immediately followed by the noun, "book", that it modifies.
The second sentence is understandable but I would only use the first one. |
