Most entrepreneurs and the rich in China hate communist officials now

Recently I read an article in a state-owned Chinese magazine called "Outlook"which states that many entrepreneurs and the rich in China hate communist officials now. This magazine launched a survey in which they found that most of entrepreneurs in China are not satisfied with communist officials because entrepreneurs in China are mainly exploited by communist officials ,in order to survive these entrepreneurs have to follow the "black regulations" to bribe communist officials ,but in their deep hearts they hate communist officials.

The survey cited what a private boss in Shanxi province said:"my company has a total sale of 40-50 millions yuan per year, however I bribed 4-5 millions yuan( about ten percent of the total sale) to various ranks communist officials per year.In order to survive and develope my company I can't help but adapt to this terrible situation,I dare not sue them ,if I sue them my company will not exist in Chinese society anymore."

This article claimed that these entrepreneurs interviewed generally explained that they deeply hate communist officials who use their power to get money from them. These communist officials use power to regulate market resource ,what they are doing distorts the principle of market economy, and good businessmen have to adapt to this "black regulations" and give bribes to these communist officials, what they give bribes to communist officials account for more than 10 percent of their total sale.

Because most of biggest entrepreneurs have good relationship with top communist officials ,they only bribe a few top communist officials so that they have good positions in Chinese society, they are less influenced by the "black regulations"due to the safeguard from these top communist officials, however middle and small size of companies are general lack of ability to resist against these "black regulations",they either adapt to these "black regulations"or exit from operations.According to statistic data there were 31,600,000 companies in 1999 nationwide in China, there were only 23,500,000 companies in 2004 nationwide in China, the number of company in China had reduced to 8,100,000 throughout six years, average 1,350,000 reduction per year.Almost all bosses of middle and small size of companies deeply hate these communist officials from their hearts.
