Hi,
What does the sentence mean?
Would it be possible to get a parts break down of all the new machines that we are getting? Or a list of the parts that fail on them?
What does 'fail' mean particularly?

It means, "Would you please send us a breakdown / full list of all the parts / components of all the new machines that we are receiving? If not a list of all parts, could you send us a list of the machine parts that are most likely to fail / break / quit working?"
