A list of a small businessman bribing different communist officals during this Chinese new year

Yesterday I read a post in Chinese bbs which stated how much money this small businessman bribed to different communist officials during this Chinese new year, here is:

This small businessman runs a Internet cafe and only has least than 700 Yuan (about US 80 dollars)income per day ,but he has to bribe to these communist officials :

one:Policeman who is responsible to his cafe:500 Yuan.

Two:The Chief of police in his community :1,000 Yuan.

Three:Montor of police in his community:1,000 Yuan.

The reason why he had to bribe these policepersons is that if he doesn't build up a good relationship with them these policepersons can give him fine notices at any time and accuse him of violations of different regulations ,and each fine notice is at least 500 Yuan.

Four:A functionary of Cultural Market Management department in his community:300 yuan.

Five:A boss of the functionary in his community:500 Yuan.

Six:A chief of Cultural Market Management Department in his community:1,000 Yuan.

The reason why he had to bribe these persons is that if he doen't bribe them he can get fine notices at any time and accuse him of violations of government regulations ,each fine notice is about 3,000 to 15,000 Yuan.

Seven:A functionary of Business Administration Department in his community:500 Yuan.

Eight:The chief of Business Administration Department in his community:800 Yuan.

The reason why he had to bribe them is that these persons can find any excuses to give him fine notice, each fine notice is about 3,000 Yuan.

Nine:A functionary of local Tax department :500 Yuan.

Ten:A boss of the functionary of Local Tax department:800 Yuan.

Eleven:A functionary of national Tax department:300 Yuan.

Twelve:A boss of the functionary of National Tax Department :500 Yuan.

Thirteen:Handicapped association :500 Yuan.

Fouteen:Land Management Department:1,000 Yuan.

Fifteen:Health Management Department:1,000 Yuan.

Sixteen:A functionary of Firefight Department:500 Yuan.

Seventeen:A boss of the functionary of Firefight Department:1,000 Yuan.

Eighteen:Food-protection department:500 Yuan.

Nineteen;Quality Inspection Department :1,000 Yuan.

Other relative Department :3,000 Yuan.

He also gave different reasons why he had to bribe these communist officials,if not he will have some troubles of operating his small business in the coming year.

He totally bribed about 15,000 Yuan to these Chinese communist officials during this Chinese new year in order to survive his small business.

He finally sighs:"how come that I look like a crime when I do business in China?"

15,000 yuan divided by 700 yuan per day means he must operate his business for almost 22 days to pay all these bribes. I wonder what his regular tax rate is he must pay on top of that? 22 days labor to the government really isn't all that bad.
Consider, all of my taxes (state, federal, SSI, property tax, etc.) combined require that I labor 76 days to pay the various levels of government. And the tax rates in Europe are even higher!

The employee-on-costs in Germany is horrible!

From the gross wage, we have to pay 42% for employee-on-cost! (for pension insurance 19,9%, health insurance 16,2%, nursing care insurance 1,7%, unemployment insurance 4,2%)
Although our department also helps us a little with this amount, but 42%???

That would mean, if I earn 3000 Euro, that I only have 1260 Euros left! And maybe I have some other insurances...

I am not sure whether you know the fixed cost of operating a company, the fixed cost of a company consists of the wage of employees, expense of water, electricity ,rent of housing, and so forth, the company has to pay local tax and national tax in China every month, the company have to pay many other fees .his net profit is very low considering he bribed about 10 percent of total sales to these officials,so he is a pathetic small businessman in China.

Gash....

Thanks to our government, we have no tax , free tax...no government, no state, no city ..etc...taxes...

Lucky ... I know..

if you want to open business only you have to pay the rent to the owner , salaries of your labors and their insurances , fees of the signboard 1 meter by 1 meter cost you 30 $ per year ..

that's all and go make your money with a good luck ..
