Please help.

I have heard of the expression "passive aggression"(or passive aggressiveness? I can't remember which) in English.

Would anyone please explain what it means exactly??

passive aggression is:

You have a boyfriend, he is angry because of something. He never shows you his anger, he only keeps silent, sulks and sees himself as the victim of your relationship. He expresses his aggression by remaining silent, by neglecting every kind of affection towards you.

This is one of the worst things in the relationship, I think.
