They broke into his appartment and stole his money but apparently missed the jewellery.

1-That's strange. He has too much jewellery for a professional burglar to miss.
2-That's strange. He has too much jewellery for a professional burglar to miss it.

3-That's strange. He has too much jewellery to miss.
4-That's strange. He has too much jewellery to miss it.

5-That's strange. He has too much jewellery for a professional burglar to not notice.
6-That's strange. He has too much jewellery to not notice.

In this context which of the sentences 1 to 6 are correct?

First, it is "apartment," not "appartment." Second, "jewellery" is the British spelling; "jewelry" is the American.

I would choose 1 over 2; 3 over 4.

As for 5 and 6, either is all right, but change "to not notice" to "not to notice."
