Hello,

Is there a difference between "like doing something" and "like to do something"? I read somewhere that "like to do something" is used with habits. Can you give me examples where "like to do" works and "like doing something" doesn't and vice versa?

like to do sth meens want to do sth one time.and like doing meens always.
eg.
i don't like smoking but i like to have a smoke now.
