Hello,
Do I need "a" in front of the course's name?
"This is to certify that X has successfully completed (a) TOEFL Preparation Course (Y hours) at Z."
or
"This is to certify that X has successfully completed (a) Y-hour TOEFL Preparation Course at Z."

or
