Please, would you tell me what the difference between games lessons and physical education is?

Dear Crisi, I know what 'physical education' is. That's the part of a school's curriculum that teaches sports/athletics to the students. I'm not so sure about 'games lessons'. It sounds like the teaching of academic subjects through the use of games. Ok? --Eric:)
