Are all of the sentences in the following grammatically coorect, and do they have the same meaning ?
-------- the following -----------------------
(1) It will not be long before spring comes.
(2) It will not be long before spring will come.
(3) It will not be long until spring comes.
(4) It will not be long until spring will come.
(5) It will not be long that spring comes.
(6) It will not be long that spring will come. |

Hi Jays,
Only #1 is palatable.
Replace "It will not be long..." with "It will only be a short while..."
