I think that 'stopped in' should be changed into 'stopped by' or 'stopped by in' or 'stopped into' or 'swing by' or 'swing by in' because the noun, Egypt, cannot come after the adverb, in(of 'stopped in'). But I'm not certain. Please help me to clear my doubt.

Hello - Look at it as - "stopped"..."in Egypt"...not..."stopped in"...."Egypt". Philo
