Who can tell me the differences between "entry" &"entrance"?

With a few exceptions, you can use the two words interchangeably.

Specific Usages:

entrance (adjective) examination
accounting book entry
diary/journal entry

entrance (charmed), transitive verb
The magical story of Harry Potter entranced millions of children around the world.

A. entrance B. entry
