i agree with the banning of export of sand and perhaps also granite from indonesia.the mining has caused severe effects on indonesia environment.through years the export goes on,and the money was earned,but why there are still poverties all over indonesia?the answer is very clear!corrupted officials from low rank to high rank officials,the export didn't improve the life of indonesian much.and the banning had adverse effects,do u know the reducing of sand would cause even the land to sink,do u know where they took the sand,they took the sand from the small islands nearby singapore cause the convenience,well,the import country don't need to bear this kind of responsibility,so who is suffering then?it's the people,the sea water level in these islands is getting higher through years,and adding the export of sand and the constant mining of granite would might just exacerbate the condition,if this is continued the island might just sink,so at the end who is going to be responsible for it?the importing countries?the indonesian government,well if it happen wad they do at the end might just praying in deep !
