There are many delicious foods in Korea.
They are Kimchi, Bulgogi, rice cake, Bibimbab(a kind of rice hash with various vegetibles.), soju(you know? ^^ it's a liquor.) and so on.
Today I want to introduce one of them, Bulgogi.
Bulgogi is a kind of beef dish.
In fact, I have not made it by myself.
But I like it so much and my mom is good at cooking this food.
Material for cooking:
Beef, onion, dressing materials(pear juice, soy source, pressed garlic, pressed stone-leek, sugar, seasame oil, etc..)
How to make:
1.Soak the beef in pear juice.
2. Mix with above ingredients and make dressing materials.
(This part is very improtant step.)
3. Clean and trim vegetibles.
4. Soak beef and vegetible together.
5. After about thirty minites, broil beef in the heated pot
6. Eat deliciously.
The receipe seems to be easy to make, but when you try, you'll know it is not so easy.
If you have a chance to visit Korea, I want to treat you to Bulgogi.
I am sure that this is one of the famous and favorite food among foreigner visiting Korea. |

Food is an important thing for everybody . Everyday , people want to eat food . However , food is both useful and unuseful. In my opinion , before eating you should think whether the food you are going to eat is useful or useless for 2 reasons . First , useful food provises protein , carbohidrate , fat , vitamin and mineral salts . You can get protein and fat in eggs , meat , butter , and so on . You can get carbohidrate in rice , sugar ,and so on . And you can get vitamin and mineral salts from vegetables and fruits . Second , useless food may be dangerous for a person who eats it .
For example , if you eat too much junk food , you may be fat and get high blood pressure. Therefore , we should eat only useful food . What do you think about food ? |
