I think that the above quote is not correct and instead 'CNN's Charles Hodson takes a look at the obstacles faced by the WTO.' is correct.
Could you let me know the truth? If I'm wrong, could you tell me why?

It's right as is. The obstacles facing the WTO are those that are face to face with the WTO, the ones right in front of the WTO, the ones that the WTO can't ignore because they are right in the WTO's face.
