Hi,

Could you please enlighten me with words, phrases, or expressions to describe the following situation or the kind of person? Thanks in advance!

You tell someone that you don't want to talk about some topic and he/she promises you with sincerity. But next time s/he forgets about it and keeps reminding you of things you don't want to hear again. You're sure that she does not do it on purpose to hurt you. However, you find s/he has the trait of forgetting things but only remember what s/he tries to drive at.

Please give me more words, colloquial, formal, or slangy besides the words: insenstive, forgetful, absent-minded, or insouciant. Thank you very much.

Leslie

That sounds "passive-aggressive" to me.
