2. Why have you treated me so distantly recently? you used to love and care for me very much before, remember?

- Are these ok to say?

1. Both versions are natural to say.

2. This is grammatical, but not really natural.

One way to say it more naturally:

Why are you being so distant lately? You used to love me and care about me very much, remember? (You don't need "before" when using this meaning of "used to.")
