The transition of definition of CCTV In China
CCTV originally is for short of China Central Television which is main mouthpiece of Chinese communist party, but recently this word has become most infamous word in China.
CCTV becomes Verb now which refers to infringe other people 's interests by illegal ways, especially in terms of vote and elections .
CCTV also becomes adjective which accuses someone or some organizations of terrible mean and infamous .
For examples:
One, there are many conmanships in Chiense society, you are easily CCTV ed.Here CCTV as verb.
Two, As being human being you can't be too CCTV. Here CCTV as adjective.
Three, what is the most abhorrent thing in the world, of course CCTV.Here as noun.
In 2007 Chinese new year's party held by CCTV, Two hosts had a fight due to stealing the show, Liyong accused Zhujun of too CCTV (as adjective) , because of this they nearly attacked each other by hands.
There is also a very popular phrase in Chinese bbs called " Law of CCTV" which means that when CCTV supports someone in terms of international affairs then this person will die soon, in terms of Chinese internal affairs when someone died then CCTV sopports this person. |
