I'd say:
"Nina is watching a TV show about the seven most famous Spanish stadiums and clubs."
Or:
"Nina is watching a TV show about the seven most famous stadiums and clubs in Spain."
The second way is more natural to me, because we usually put the "in [area]" part at the end of a superlative phrase. "This is the tallest building in the city" is more natural to me than "This is the city's tallest building." |

Or:
Nina is watching a TV show about Spain's seven most famous stadiums and clubs. _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |
