B: No, but I miss the days when I could enjoy a quiet life.
Does B agree with A's idea? Or B hates the idea?

B is most likely agreeing with A, B too thinks the idea isn't bad. And then he is adding that inspite of that he misses the days etc.
The No could be ambiguous too. The meaning would then depend on the intonation, more context etc. |
