Hi there!
How do we write "worth it" worth-it or what? And does worth-while mean the same?
Plus, which one is correct? I beg you or I beg of you?
Waiting,

"worth it" is just "worth it" and "worthwhile" is one word.
He thought about pulling the weeds in his yard, but decided it just wasn't worth it, since they would grow back very fast.

As for "beg," either one can be used, and they both mean pretty much the same thing.
I beg you / I beg of you not to go without your raincoat. It's pouring outside!
