Would anyone please explain what the underscored part below means?

"Pry yourself loose and move on."

I kind of get a feeling of it, but haven't really understood what it exactly means.

Thanks so much.

Corrections and suggestions: Would someone please explain what the underscored part below means? I have a feeling what it means - or- I kind of understand, but don't really understand what it means exactly. -or- what exactly it means.

Comment: It means to forget, stop worrying about, stop thinking about something or someone. To pry something loose is to disconnect it from something else.

Hi myprofe, thank you so much for the corrections and the answer!

I love it when I'm corrected! I'll review it and learn from it.

Thanks again.
