In my English reference book, I found the quote. I wonder if natives can use it even though 'We are willing to support you in pioneering your market with our product.' is correct grammatically.

Native speakers, let me know.

Thanks.

In the first sentence I understand that we will pioneer the market, while in the second one it's clear that you will do it.

Here's a clearer example.

We will help you, launching your product. (We launch)
We will help you by launching your product. (We launch)

We will help you in launching your product. (We help)
We will help you launch your product. (We help)
We will help you to launch your product. (We help)

"pioneering" is an odd word for these sentences, but I believe the first sentence should be corrected by using 'your' instead of "you". We are willing to support your pioneering your market with our product. The possessive case of pronouns should be used before a gerund.
The sentence also sounds a bit odd because of the two 'your's. Here are some other examples:
We are willing to support your quitting school.
We do not like your gambling for a living.

I don't like the sentence, "We will help you, launching your product."
