Dear Teachers,

1. Don't compliment me too much! My nose is gonna be exploding.
2. Don't compliment me too much! I'm very shy!

- Are these natural to say?

Thanks a lot to Teachers

They can be improved.

1. Don't compliment me too much! My nose is gonna be exploding.
--Exploding noses are nothing I've ever heard about, even when a really nice compliment is at issue. Try this instead: "Please don't compliment me too much! I don't want to get a big head!" "Get / Have a big head" means "Be / Become conceited."

2. Don't compliment me too much! I'm very shy!
--Try this: "Oh, you flatter me! I'm too shy to hear anything that complimentary!" Or: "You're going to make me blush with all that flattery."
