My client is keeping things up in the air and is not able to make the decisions right away. Time is money. We cant wait. How do you say it in English naturally?

Can I say We cant afford to spend time waiting for things that are still up in the air? Thanks.

Yes, or, "We can't spend time waiting for things that are up in the air."

Thanks CP. I really appreciate your perseverance and patience helping people here at Help Center.

Can I also say "We can't afford to be left up in the air"? Thanks.

Yes, that would be fine.

(Oh, and you are welcome. I usually don't reply to a thank you because then you never know when to stop. Thanks. You're welcome. Don't mention it. I won't. Then don't. I didn't. Yes, you did. Well, but only because you did. No, that was you. You too. Okay then. All right. Well, thanks. Okay, don't mention it. . . . .)
